Bill Boggs is the owner of BoggsWorx, LLC.  Bill has over 39 years in the aerospace and defense industry performing engineering, program management, capture management, bid management, and supplier management.  He has been involved with over $215B in proposals, some as bidder and some as the customer.  His vast expertise in business, engineering, and management uniquely positions him as an expert who understands the full business life cycle.
